About Me

I am a seasoned recruiter with 16 years in the travel nursing industry as well as being a born advocate for the nurses that are a part of my staff. I reside in Buffalo, NY so I look forward to getting nurses on great assignments (especially in warm weather locations) so I can live vicariously through them. The friendships I have made over my time as a recruiter has been invaluable to me and I am very proud of the quality of care that I'm helping to get to a facility in need and therefore, a family in need, as well as a rewarding assignment for my nurses.

Dorene always goes above and beyond! Even before I had a contract with her, she would check on me to see how I was doing. She knew I lost my mom right before I was planning to travel and that set me back months. Dorene would send me texts on the holidays to let me know she was thinking about me and give encouraging words! So, not only was she amazing before she actually became my recruiter, she’s been fantastic the whole time! She even set me up on “blind friend date” in Arizona with another nurse so I would have a friend in a place where I knew no one. I honestly think she is the best recruiter out there and I won’t go with anyone else.
