Jon's skills in HR/Recruiting and work ethic are unmatched in this generation. This gentleman knows his stuff and cares about people. He is personable, professional, and on point with communication. Any questions that I've ask, he has answered within an hour. (We are in different time zones. Please note that Jon is working around my schedule to meet my needs and help TotalMed expand and grow.) In the few weeks that I have known Jon, he has been a stronger leader in getting my needs met and getting my travel position secured than most of the managers in my 10 year career. He is a phenomenal resource for TotalMed and is there every step of the way to ensure the contract goes smoothly. He has the insight to ask specific questions about how things are going and if there were any struggles in signing in, handling any IT things that come up, and understands that Traveler's are humans with lives too. Hands down this is the guy to trust your career with. He's as dependable, reliable, and hard working as a Toyota. If you don't like Toyota's you don't know what you're missing.. and either way, you should get ahold of Jon before he becomes a Lexus. Not everyone can afford that quality.. Jon is quality.
